Command experience includes leadership at the Company and Battalion levels with responsibility for personnel readiness, operational planning, training execution, resource management, and organizational performance in high-accountability environments.
Directed cross-functional and combined staffs supporting joint and interagency operations, coordinating efforts across U.S. military organizations, allied partners, foreign militaries, and government agencies to achieve strategic objectives in dynamic and resource-constrained conditions. Demonstrated disciplined execution and organizational leadership in fast-paced operational environments requiring rapid decision-making, risk management, and synchronization across diverse stakeholders.
Deployed as Command Engineer for a Special Operations Task Force with responsibility for the planning and execution of mission-critical infrastructure and secure facility projects supporting sensitive operations. Responsibilities included resource allocation, program performance, staff development, engineering tools development and integration, strategic improvement activities, and design efficacy. Served as Engineering liaison to cross-functional groups on enterprise-level performance management teams. Managed the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and oversaw intern and university recruiting efforts.
BIG ASS FANS
Manager of Engineering & Operations
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technical writers, project managers, and installation technicians. Responsible for all aspects of new product development including testing, certification, manufacturing engineering, and documentation. As Services Director, managed our customer service and product installation departments. Responsibilities included profit/loss for product installation business, customer success, and subcontractor management. Managed combined budgets of $7.5MM with annual revenue of $35MM and a staff of 100 in 5 states.
